Returns & Refund Policy
In Owltimate, we meticulously conceive and craft our designs, aiming to offer our
clothes-wearers unique and exclusive styles. Due to the limited-edition nature of
our products, returns and exchanges can only be accepted subject to availability.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated
by reference into these Terms. You acknowledge and agree to abide by our
refund and return policies when requesting a refund for any purchase made on
our website.


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


In case of a lost package claim, please note that if your parcel has not been
delivered within the estimated date of arrival, as stated in the shipment
confirmation e-mail, you must initiate the refund proceedings by contacting us at
info@owltimate.store within ten (10) days from the estimated date of arrival.
Belated refund requests for lost parcels will not be accepted.


To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unused, in their original
packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You will also
need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items that show signs of use or
damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send
your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted. Please note that incurring costs of returning a product are covered by
the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf. We recommend
using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your
return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).


If your country of residence is not Greece, shipping your goods may take longer
than expected. Kindly note that due to high duties and customs, we unfortunately
cannot accept returns from any country outside the European Union, nor returns
on sale items or items purchased using our promotional offers.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know
if you are eligible for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Please read our
Exchange, Store Credit & Refunds Policy below for more information.

Exchange, Store Credit & Refunds


At Owltimate, we are committed to ensuring that all our clothes-wearers are
satisfied with their purchases. If you have changed your mind about your
purchase, you can contact us to request an exchange with a different product.
Due to the limited availability of our products, please contact us to confirm and
reserve the new item(s) of your choice before returning the product(s) of the
initial order. Once we have confirmed the availability of the new item(s)
requested, they will be reserved for fifteen (15) days to allow for your parcel to
arrive and for the items to be inspected. Please contact us immediately if you
notice that the parcel will not arrive on time, as after the period of 15 days your
item will no longer be reserved.
Due to the limited-edition nature of our brand, if there is no availability of the new
item(s) you have requested, your return may also be eligible for a refund, subject
to laws and the conditions outlined in the present Terms & Conditions. Refunds
may be provided in the original form of payment used for the purchase or as
store credit. We reserve the right to choose the method of refund based on
factors such as the nature of the transaction and applicable laws. By requesting
store credit or a refund, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined
in this policy.
Store credit refunds may be provided for returned clothing items that meet our
return criteria as outlined in our present Policy. To request a store credit refund,
customers must initiate a return request by contacting us
at info@owltimate.store within fifteen (15) days after receiving their item.
Upon approval of the return request and inspection of the returned items, store
credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned item(s),
excluding any shipping fees. Our team will issue an e-gift card that will be sent to
the e-mail you have provided on your order details. Store credit can be used
towards future purchases of items on Owltimate and is valid for a period of six (6)
months from the date of issue, as specified on the e-gift card. Please note that
store credit refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.


Customers can request a monetary refund for the purchased item(s) when the
following grounds apply:


1. Defective or damaged items: customers are entitled to a refund if they
receive defective or damaged items. Defective or damaged items include
those with manufacturing defects, substantial flaws, or significant damage
incurred during shipping.
2. Incorrect or incomplete orders: if a customer receives an incorrect item or
an incomplete order, they are eligible for a refund. This includes cases
where the received item differs from the one ordered, when there are
missing items from the order, or when duplicate items are received.
3. Non-Delivery: in the event that a customer’s order is not delivered within
the specified timeframe or is lost in transit, they may request a refund.

Non-delivery refunds may be subject to investigation by Owltimate or the
shipping carrier to confirm the status of the shipment. In case of a lost
package claim, please note that if your parcel has not been delivered
within the estimated date of arrival, as stated in the shipment confirmation
e-mail, you must initiate the refund proceedings by contacting us at
info@owltimate.store within ten (10) days from the estimated date of arrival.
Belated refund requests for lost parcels will not be accepted.
4. Cancellation of orders: customers may request a refund if they cancel their
order before it has been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders will
typically be processed promptly, and the funds returned to the original
payment method.
5. Product unsuitability: if a customer finds that a purchased item is
unsuitable or incompatible with their needs, they may request a refund.
Product unsuitability refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our
Returns Policy, including the item being unused and in its original
packaging.
6. Failure to meet promised standards: if a product fails to meet the
standards or specifications promised by Owltimate, customers may
request a refund. This may include instances where the quality,
functionality, or performance of the product does not meet reasonable
expectations.
7. Discretionary Refunds: in certain cases, not covered by the above
grounds, Owltimate may offer refunds at its discretion as a gesture of
goodwill. Discretionary refunds are typically considered on a case-by-case
basis and may be subject to review by our customer service team.
Please note that the grounds for refunds listed above are not exhaustive, and
Owltimate reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case
basis. Refund eligibility may also be subject to the terms and conditions outlined
in our Returns Policy.
If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too.
Owltimate reserves the right to modify or update this store credit Returns &
Refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon posting on the website.
